You will be close to the centre of San Teodoro and all amenities, while still being in a secluded, quiet and elegant area made up solely of villas and resorts. The most beautiful beaches are just a 2-minute drive away. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom; the large garden is enclosed by a hedge. It offers excellent amenities: an outdoor shower with hot water, a stylishly furnished veranda, a coffee machine, a smart TV and Wi-Fi!

House in the exclusive Costa Dorata facing the island of Tavolara, 180 meters from the sea, 2 km from Porto San Paolo and 13 km from Olbia airport. It is in excellent condition and offers 2 double bedrooms with closet and a room with double sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms with shower. Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.
