Beautiful house in the delta, very practical and comfortable, fully equipped, 700 meters from the mainland, 5 minutes of very relaxing navigation in a transfer boat included in the price. Located within the closed nautical neighborhood Aldea Del Lujan. Ideal for family time surrounded by nature, but if you need to work, we also have Wifi available. An excellent place to rest from the city while being just a few minutes away, 5 minutes from Villa La Nata, Nordelta, and 45 minutes from CABA.

Sean Bienvenidos ! Les ofrecemos una casa familiar, luminosa, en buena zona, cerca de todo, con espacios amplios. Posee, un Living con balcón a la calle, un Comedor, una Cocina completa, tres dormitorios, uno para matrimonio con baño en suite, uno para niños, con juguetes y libros, con una cama de 1 plaza (y otra mas pequeña, para niños, abajo) y el otro dormitorios con una cama de 1 plaza, queda arriba por escalera. Además cuenta con un patio techado. y hay parrilla chulengo.

Located on Route 215 in the rural area of Brandsen, is this comfortable cabin. It is a 3-hectare property that you can explore on pleasant walks and where you will find absolute privacy, comfort details, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.  From the bedroom window you have a magnificent view of the sunrise and from the gallery, you will have impressive images at sunset, sunsets with a sky that goes from orange to the brightest red.
