The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. Centrally located, 100 miles to San Francisco, 15 miles to Monterey Peninsula (Fisherman's Wharf, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, & Carmel). The unit is brand new. Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

The home is in a safe secluded area and offers keypad entry, driveway parking, and 2 car garage. Please note this home is not on the beach. It is on the other side of Highway 1 and the mapped location is accurate.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets (Dogs only please). We consider Dogs to be part of the Family so If you would like to bring your dog (2 max), please add them as a guest. That will cover the added expense in the cleaning of the Bungalow.

Quiet neighborhood close to all the tourist attractions, great for families! This 2BD/1 bath is equipped with bunk beds and crib so perfect for a couple with kids or baby. It is ideal for a single family, not ideal for multiple couples. There is a queen sofa bed in living room. Only 10 minute drive to the coast, downtown Monterey and 15 mins from aquarium. Free off-street parking. Guests have the entire property to themselves and have everything they need inside the home.

There is no accessibility between the main house and the suite. We are located in a country setting, but just minutes from Carmel-by-the-Sea or Monterey. The home is in a very quiet, peaceful, rural setting. Enjoy the fresh air, and the sunlight through the beautiful oaks.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Petite but sweet studio built by our grandfather, Chaz, in 1940. It is one of four units formerly known as Piney Woods Lodge, where our grandparents welcomed travelers for years. We're excited to return Francy Free to its roots and hope you will join us (two sisters) in continuing their legacy. Studio is ground-level, easy to access and a short (1/2 mile) stroll through the woods to downtown and iconic Carmel beach.
