Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Ljus lägenhet nära älven, i Eriksberg

En rymlig 2-rumslägenhet på 54 kvadratmeter, belägen på sköna Eriksberg med med dubbelsäng samt stor bäddbar soffa för en tredje person. S Lägenheten ligger 5 minuter promenad till Eriksbergs kajen och vattnet, där färjan tar dig in till stan. Buss finns strax utanför och tar dig till Nordstan på 13 min. Diskmaskin och tvättmaskin finnes. Lägenheten är fräsch och byggd 2007, och renoverad 2017. Två balkonger på 14 kvm med fantastisk kvällssol och ingen insyn. Varav en inglasad.

Welcome to stay with us in an apartment at the groundfloor of an villa! Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)

Välkommen till husets charmiga ovanvåning, dit du kommer via en egen ingång. Huset har nyligen genomgått en omfattande renovering i tidstypisk stil. Detta boende ligger i området Kungsladugård, Majorna. Parken Slottsskogen ligger precis i närheten och på några minuter når du Mariaplan där det finns barer, restauranger och butiker. Det tar 15 minuter med spårvagnen till centrala Göteborg. Det finns flera mataffärer bara några kvarter bort.

Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.
