Roddan Reset

Roddan is an original village with red brick houses. The charm of this place is nature, rural life, a bit off the beaten track, without mass tourism. There are many cycling routes, swimming areas in the old Elbe river basins and forest roads for long walks. Our garden is large, there is a place for dinner at a table for 10 people, there is a place to relax on the grass and by the fire. In the autumn and winter season, you have to heat the house yourself with a stove (on the ground floor), and there are electric heaters in the bedrooms.

In the old forester's house in the middle of the forest, far away from civilization, enjoy untouched nature and silence, sleep heavenly and recharge your batteries. Pure country vacation! You step out of house and you are surrounded by nature. Collect wild herbs, wild berries and mushrooms right outside the front door or meet rabbits, deer, badgers & Co. A vacation on the farm, only without a fence. At night you can admire the stars at the fire pit and gaze into the depths of space. The house is perfect for families.

Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

This special place is outside the village and has its own style. There are 2 bedrooms with 4 sleeping options, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a hob, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a desk. The pool can be shared with the 2nd holiday apartment in summer. Stendal, Arneburg and Tangermünde are each about 15 km away. There is a self-service supermarket 1.5 km away, a main railway station 2 km away, and a cycle path connecting to the property.

Tiny house at the edge of a meadow with sheep

At this location, you are surrounded by sheep, horses and chickens. The cabin is located on the edge of an estate. From the large window of the cabin, you have a wonderful view of the flock of sheep, depending on the season. The region is perfect for hiking and cycling. There are several lakes and smaller bodies of water nearby. The tiny house is in a secluded location. There is a fire pit with a barbecue. We provide the ingredients for the stockbrot. Firewood is available in the yard.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed three-sided farmstead are built with an oak timber frame. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees have been pruned back, the house can be seen in all its splendour. From May onwards, it then slowly disappears behind the shade-providing foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Full kitchen, toilet with shower, private entrance, & more. Beach, 150m away, full use of garden.

Friedenseiche vacation home in Abbendorf/Haverland

A paradise for cyclists, hikers and anglers - perfect for small + large nature lovers. Right where the beautiful Havel flows into the Elbe, lies the relaxing apartment Friedenseiche. The address is: Haverland 7, 19322 Abbendorf. The clean and spacious apartment can accommodate six people. One master bedroom with a box spring bed, two small bedrooms each with a bed. Two more people can be accommodated on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Charming, quiet apartment in the farmhouse with separate access. You will live and sleep on separate levels. The kitchen (freezer, fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, extractor hood) and bathroom (double sink, bidet) are fully equipped. You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!

The charming vacation home "Altes Dorfhaus Sechzehneichen" sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and has a beautiful garden overlooking the fields. The living room with open kitchen is heated via the fireplace and electric heaters are available in the bedrooms and bathrooms.  The stylishly furnished brick building is only 10 minutes by car from Obersee and Untersee, ideal for wonderful summer days or idyllic winter walks.
