It has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is perfect for trips to the North Sea coast (e.g. 9 km to Wilhelmshaven to the south beach), business trips or to visit family and friends in the region. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

On the Ems-Jade Canal is a paddle and pedal station. Various restaurants and supermarkets are 3 km away.

Sights, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The North Sea coast is about 12 km away, perfect for exploring Friesland, East Friesland and the islands. Two e-bikes can be rented by arrangement.

Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
