A spacious & modern 2 bedroom house situated in Lake (between Sandown & Shanklin). Take a 5 minute walk down the path to the sandy beach & promenade which links Sandown to Shanklin. There you will find a friendly cafe and public toilets so you can spend the whole day on the beach. The coastal path takes you to the public lift in Shanklin where you can find cafes, ice cream shops, crazy golf and amusement arcades. You don't have far to drive for family day trips such as Robin Hill Country Park.

Large family holiday home close to the beach!

A traditional Victorian semi with original features; doors and the odd creaky stair. Fantastic location one street from the high street in Shanklin, five minutes to the beach lift and the old town of Shanklin and the Chine. Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Situated in Sandown in a quiet Cul-de-sac with parking for three cars on the drive and within easy walking distance of the beach and countryside. New to the market from March 2023 the property has been fully furnished and decorated throughout. Previously the owners private home its a great place to make memories. Front and rear lawned gardens provide extra space. We hope that you enjoy the house as much as we did.

Being South facing with stunning sea views the new deck is a great sun trap (you'll need your sunglasses when the sun's out!) perfect for relaxing on the sofa's or enjoying dinner al fresco. Located just a 5 minute walk down steps to the sea front or a more sedate 15 minutes to the esplanade, its an ideal location to enjoy all that Ventnor has to offer.
