A spacious & modern 2 bedroom house situated in Lake (between Sandown & Shanklin). Take a 5 minute walk down the path to the sandy beach & promenade which links Sandown to Shanklin. There you will find a friendly cafe and public toilets so you can spend the whole day on the beach. The coastal path takes you to the public lift in Shanklin where you can find cafes, ice cream shops, crazy golf and amusement arcades. You don't have far to drive for family day trips such as Robin Hill Country Park.

Large family holiday home close to the beach!

A traditional Victorian semi with original features; doors and the odd creaky stair. Fantastic location one street from the high street in Shanklin, five minutes to the beach lift and the old town of Shanklin and the Chine. New to the market from March 2023 the property has been fully furnished and decorated throughout. Previously the owners private home its a great place to make memories.
