This holiday rental provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Information from Julie regarding finding the place was clear, precise and timely. Couldn't ask for anything else. Milk and wine in the fridge was a nice little extra. Many thanks.

This is an excellent location at Exmouth Marina. It is within walking distance of numerous pubs and restaurants. You can also walk there from Exmouth station in about 10 minutes.

Jill's place is brilliant! I found it spacious and scrupulously clean with really imaginative great quality furnishings.and appliances. The kitchen is excellent and comes with an impressive supply of utensils, cookware etc. The showers are great and the bed comfortable.There's a lovely upstairs TV lounge with 2 balconies great for sitting out.The courtyard on the ground floor is really attractive and well stocked with BBQ equipment etc. I loved the abundance of greenery both inside and out. It's very easy to find (on the A379) and doesn't involve negotiating any tortuous narrow rroads, thank goodness. Great to have 2 parking spaces. Jill was very quick to respond to a question I had and was extremely helpful regarding arrival/departure times. as well as providing local recommendations. Having stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, I'd say this is the best I have been to so far Thank you so much, Jill. Hope to book again.

Great value, great host and location. Only downside is the steepness of the hill after dinner/drinks in town!

Jackies place is outstanding, shes thought of everything. We took my mum whos 92 with mobility issues it was perfect for her. Could easily get wheelchair through the house. Parking, a huge bonus and patio area. Easy level walk to town 10 mins and to seafront in minutes. We will be rebooking. Scones/cream milk on arrival thank you Jackie.

Great place for a visit to Exmouth. Clean snd tidy. Centrally located and walkable to most areas including railway station. Good broadband connection. Garage is useful but only fits up to medium size vehicle.

The fact that this has been our third stay at this cosy little flat says it all really. It's a little bolt hole of heaven. The location is superb, in the heart of Teignmouth but quiet and peaceful with free on street parking nearby. The little garden has the sun all day and there are ample sunbeds and seating for two. Our host Luke couldn't be more welcoming and the little treats of Prosecco and Devon tea is a welcome respite after after a long trip. Thank you so much Luke.

When we arrived we were impressed with how immaculate the place was. Location was good, except a bit too far to walk to Totnes town as we arent young anymore!! There wasnt one thing that David had not accommodated for at the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days away & are missing it now we are home. We found a lovely pub/restaurant within 5 mins drive of the place - The Pig & Whistle - Menu was superb, so we ate every night there after the first night of arriving where we had a chinese takeaway from Little Asia, also lovely. This house was amazing, perfect for our relaxing getaway! The rooms were ideal and the extra bedrooms in the annex were great. The garden and hot tub were fantastic. Trystan was a great host and nothing was too much trouble - even made sure we had an emergency delivery of wood!

Bens place was high on the hill with stunning views of the ocean and Shaldon . The place was spacious and had everything you needed. Great value for money for 8 people !

We spend a week at Ringmore, but could have easily stayed several weeks due to the lovely atmosphere of the cottage, the village and the attractive surrounding. House and garden are beautiful. You can feel at home instantly. The house is bright and friendly and well equipped. The beautiful surrounding invites to stray around, walk to the beach, enjoy the landscape, walk the coastal path starting from the house at Ayrmer Cove, a small beach with amazing rocks. And have dinner at the Journeys End Inn with a very nice variety of food and of course ales. There are many more things to explore: lovely villages, churches, cathedrals, ports, gardens, museums, estuarys, Dartmoor, great coast ... The host Anna was very nice and gave us lots of information. Thanks a lot for staying at this special place and experiencing a wonderful atmosphere!

We had a gorgeous stay at Shuttaford Farm. There are so many lovely touches in the barn that you feel right at home, but it all feels very special and thoughtful. Fran was a terrific host - responsive and friendly, and even leant me a spare pair of walking boots when I realised I’d left mine at home! The surrounding area is just stunning - highly recommend a walk through Hembury Woods. Highly recommended for a family trip.

Serendipity was beautiful, Mark was very accommodating and communicative. The views are amazing from the garden, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s place and it was perfect for our book club weekend. The view is gorgeous and the upstairs living area and bedrooms downstairs worked well for us. Would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful weekend away!

A really lovely week, marred only by a couple of days' rain (which of course was nobody's fault!). Taryn was extremely efficient and responsive. Barbara was charming and helpful, and explained so much about the lambing process. The house was roomy - great for a family party of nine. My granddaughter loved visiting the lambs, and even holding a newly-born lamb in her arms. Wonderful rolling hill farmland to walk the dog. Visits to the sea, Exeter and Totnes were great too. Thank you, Barbara and Taryn.

We booked Laura’s place last minute. I don’t think the photos do it justice. The flat is spacious and in the most perfect location, only two minutes from centre of Shaldon. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and tidy. Laura was very flexible with check in and allowed us in early. Communication was great too. There is no parking on site, however, we did not find this an issue as found off street parking. There is a bus stop very close which is great for getting around and not having to use car. My only observation is that it would have been nice to have some basic amenities provided, such as, coffee, tea and milk. There is a village shop within reach, but for ease when you arrive, it would be a nice touch. That said, would stay again and would recommend.

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

Superb accommodation, right in the heart of Dartmouth and within a stone throw of the main shopping area yet tucked away from any noise. Accommodation was lovely and clean and warm and beds really comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location and views, with fantastic hosts. We were made to feel right at home from the minute we arrived. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for the few nights. We’ll definitely be staying again!

Finest Stays were a total pleasure to deal with and super responsive. We went over New Year and they called me to check I had what I needed and gave me an out of office number to call. The place was perfect for our two families, super central and really nicely decorated. Due to the location of the property we had to park in a local car park but it was not too far away

We (family with 2 children , 8 & 6) had a brilliant time, great little touches helped make the stay and our holiday. would go back anytime!!
