Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sandwell District

Second time staying at one of Daniels properties & yet again I'm impressed. Clean, walking distance to Aldi & Morrisons, fast response & everything you need to cook your home cooked meals. The vacuum was missing and Daniel kindly came and brought one. Within 5mins I managed to trip the fuse board, Daniel returned to rectify it with no hesitation. Daniel & Jazz are amazing with communicating & making you feel at home. I ended up staying for 4 nights when I originally planned to stay for 2. I will certainly be staying in one of Daniels properties again.

Martin was a really great host, very easy to communicate with. We were staying for work and booked other apartments in the building for my colleagues which Martin was super helpful with. Lot's of parks and greenery in the area. Really good location for where we were working.

Lovely place to stay for quick drive to the zoo. Place was immaculate and perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again.

New build, well laid out, well situated for visiting local attractions. Morrisons store within walking distance and despite the area still being developed it was really quiet.

Stayed with a group of friends for a tournament in the area. Great place to stay. Surinder was very helpful and always responded fast

Kit Provided more than the basic necessities: plenty of towels, spare pillows & blankets, basic seasonings, cooking & cleaning supplies. We were so comfortable & also just a walk away from the train station & a high street. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to book with Kit again!

No issues with our stay, it did what it needed to do & gavecus the space we needed as a family after a function we attended.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The place was decorated beautifully especially the living space with all the amenities required. The location was quiet, offering a peaceful escape. While there’s room for slight improvement in cleanliness, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. I appreciated the effort put into the design and enjoyed my time here.

We had a fantastic weekend at Lucy's place. Lucy and Stephen have thought of everything! There is a very handy flexible check-in process, and once you check in there are lots of clear instructions on how to use everything in the property. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need during your stay and the property has a comfy and spacious living/dining area. Both bedrooms had comfortable double beds and it was extremely helpful to have the two bathrooms, as well as a downstairs toilet. The property is in a really lovely setting in a quiet corner, so traffic noise is minimal. A really lovely stay to celebrate a family birthday - thank you so much!

The unit is as what was described! It is cosy and well furnished. Location wise it’s in the central city hence it’s convenient. Aj is very responsive and address all issues promptly. I would recommend Aj’s place!

We had a lovely stay at Natalia’s place. The property was exactly what we needed as a base for a few days away in Great Malvern. The property is well located, just a 5 minute walk from the shops and restaurants. It was clean, modern, and well equipped. It has everything you need and has lots of nice little touches. Natalia was an excellent host and we’d definitely come back again.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

I have stayed at this accommodation numerous times and continue to return because it offers everything I enjoy. It provides the perfect balance—easy access to Worcester city centre while being surrounded by the beauty of the countryside. The setting is peaceful and picturesque, with rolling Worcester fields and a charming variety of animals, including horses, chickens, and even peacocks, adding to the rural experience. The accommodation itself is consistently well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, making every stay enjoyable. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway that still allows convenient city access, this is an ideal choice. I highly recommend it! Pam and Paul are brilliant hosts and are always on hand should you need help.

Beautifully decorated, stylish, and spacious apartment with great views. The decor made it feel like we were staying with friends, it felt very comfortable and homely. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, which is perfect if you are wanting to prepare your own meals. The apartment is in an excellent location, walking distance to the town centre and the wonderful Melvern Hills walking trails (so you could visit by train and get around easily if you didn't have a car). Lots of interesting shops, restaurants, cafes, bars etc.. to enjoy within a short walk. Although it is close to town, it was very quiet at night.

I Stayed here for 6 weeks whilst on placement. Cosy and clean place to come back to at the end of the day, great kitchen and very useful to have washing machine too, the lounge area was also very cosy and great TV with everything I needed!! The studio was only 20 mins from city centre so lots to do around the area and i found a great gym only 10 mins away. Overall, a really nice place, will being going back if ever down there again.

A great base from which to explore the local area or visit friends and family.
