Next door to the Shetland Pony Experience and Marinas' Cake Fridge. Within walking distance to East House, one of the last thatched cottages in Shetland and Min and Bannamin Beaches. Located only 4 miles from the local shop in Hamnavoe and 13 miles to Lerwick, there are regular buses between Burra, Scalloway and Lerwick.

It has two entrances accessed from the parking area & via patio doors with summer BBQ area, overlooking the stunning Levenwick Bay. From the lounge, take in the unspoilt views across Levenwick to the North and enjoy spectacular sunset colours as they spill over Mossi Hill flowing into the bay. Our local beach is mins by car, 25mins to Lerwick, 40mins to the North.

This traditional cottage has been recently renovated to provide a modern, quirky and cosy home away from home. A scenic, relaxing setting to get away from it all and a great base for exploring Shetland. With magnificent sea views, Driftwood provides beautiful coastal walks from your doorstep. During the summer months, your nearest neighbours are Shetland ponies who may peer over the fence to say hello. There's plenty of outdoor space to enjoy watching local wildlife along the shoreline.

East-Gate Selfcatering

East-Gate was built new in 2018 the property is located in central Shetland and beautifully finished. Outside the patio door takes you onto a decked area which you can sit out on for your morning cuppa or evening glass of wine or to simply take in the scenery . It has the latest air to air heating and air con. We are very lucky to have a hot spot for otter sighting on our door step just a short walk down the field. The sea views and coastal walks makes this an ideal tranquil location.
