Cozy sauna house next to nature reserve

This a cozy wooden house located on the edge of nature reserve in South Estonia. Amazing forests all around! The house has been renovated by ourselves, has a terrace, private garden area and a sauna. Bedroom is in the attic and downstairs a fully equipped kitchen, livingroom with fireplace, TV and a sofabed. Also a modern sauna, shower room and toilet. This property and the garden area surrounding the house is for your private use. There is another house on the property that we sometimes use.

Maja asub imelisel Lõuna-Eesti kuppelmaastikul, Karula Rahvuspargi vahetus läheduses.

Tinso Talu, a beautifull farmhouse in the nature

Switch things up a notch in this unique, relaxing accommodation. This 125-year-old wooden farmhouse has been beautifully renovated with many original details. The farm is located in a beautiful garden with ponds and its own sauna house with hot tub. Located in the middle of the wild nature of the Otepaa landscape park with 60 hectares of private forest. Absolute peace and privacy is guaranteed here. The house has a modern kitchen and bathroom and 3 very spacious bedrooms.

Our cozy country home under old oaks offers the perfect rustic charm and modern comfort. A fully equipped kitchen, a warm fireplace and a spacious living room create a relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom is designed with wide mattresses. The sauna has a hot tub (without a bubble system) with quickly heated well water and relaxing music. Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a sunny southern meadow. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

Tule koos kallima, sõbra või väikese perega nautima saunamõnusid linnaäärsesse väikemajja (19m2). Maja asub Võrumõisas, mis on vaikses suvila piirkonnas, kuid samas Võru kesklinnale ja Tamula rannale jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Mullifunktsiooniga tünnisauna ja leilisauna kasutamine on hinna sees, kõik vajalik kütmiseks on olemas kohapeal. Leilisaun on elektriga.

A modern yet cozy all-year-round design cabin next to an idyllic lake in the Otepää nature park. Fully equipped kitchen and sauna with a view to Kaarna lake. Easy access but private location, 60m2 terrace, grilling option, sauna & fireplace. Otepää & tennis courts are 4 min drive or 20 min walk.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
