The tourist tax is included in your booking fee. You will live in a lovingly renovated apartment with a roof terrace on the upper floor in an old settlement house. (original staircase up) You can enjoy the comfort and great climate in an apartment cleaned with clay and straw. We only used ecological building materials for the colors and floors. Broderstorf Bungalow

We offer you a cozy bungalow on the outskirts of Rostock for 2 people. The bungalow has been completely renovated and is located on our property in Broderstorf. There is a living room, a bedroom (linens provided), a bathroom and a kitchen with underfloor heating and dishwasher / microwave. To make your stay pleasant in winter, the bungalow is heatable. Wi-Fi reception has been optimized. A washing machine is also available.

Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.

Accommodation surrounded by greenery

If you need a short break in quiet and secluded nature or are passing through to or from the Baltic Sea, which you can reach in a good 30 minutes by car, maybe you are traveling by motorcycle or bicycle with your dog, want fresh eggs from happy chickens and want to be part of nice conversations at the barbecue area and fireplace, you are in the right place on our 4000 m² fully fenced property.

Between the main road Lange Straße and the pedestrian zone, Rostocker Boulevard on the cozy Heiligengeisthof with the Horse Fountain, you will find our charming loft. Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, rain shower, pantry with ceramic hobs and fridge with freezer compartment, ask about special conditions for guests in the Studio Hof-Idyll Kosmetik on the ground floor.

Spend your holiday in a castle – Groß Lüsewitz castle makes this dream come true! The castle was built between 1896 and 1898. In 2013, it was modernised and the first holiday flats were created. Our apartments accommodate 2 to 4 people and offer modern and pleasant furniture. In the outdoor area, a playground and sitting area are provided.
