This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Find a quiet nature experience – get off at a time PS: We also have a new second property in the location ("Loft on the edge of the forest with a view"). Our farm is located on a slope towards the west at 800 meters above sea level, surrounded by its own meadows, pastures and forests. There is peace and solitude here.
