The chalet is beautifully situated on a mountain slope, giving you a beautiful view over the mountains and the valley, with the village of Stadl in the distance. The living area of the chalet is 115m2, with a spacious and sunny terrace all around. In the immediate vicinity are the beautiful and cozy ski areas of Kreischberg, Katschberg and Turracher Höhe.

The house is about 90 m². On the ground floor there is a large living room with open kitchen, fireplace, sofa and a TV corner as well as bathroom with toilet and shower. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with 4 single beds and a shower room. A wood-burning stove can be used and the partially covered terrace is equipped with seating. The quiet location on the edge of the holiday park distinguishes this non-smoking house. No pets or parties allowed.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

On the spacious, partially covered terrace you can hear the sound of the nearby mountain stream, sun worshipers will get their money's worth here
