The studio is located in the historic Schiffmeisterhaus right by the river and offers a beautiful view of the city. In the immediate vicinity of the historic city centre, shops, cafés and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. Located right next to the Police Academy, the studio is in a particularly safe environment. The Danube Cycle Path runs right past, and bathing areas on the Danube invite you to swim and relax in summer. Bike parking and e-bike charging facilities are available.

In the large fenced garden with forest, dogs also have a lot of fun and space. 200 m away from the house is the Puschacherteich, ideal for swimming and fishing. If you love nature, you will find beautiful hiking and cycling trails in the area, e.g. Ysperklamm or on the Ostrong. Good starting point to Maria Taferl, Melk or the Wachau, all about 25 minutes.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base
