Wonderful place to stay in the back of Nice! Perfect as a starting point for bike rides :) The apartment is perfect for 4-5 people and is very quiet. The kitchen has everything you need and everything was very clean Catherine was an extremely kind and helpful host! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Erwin and Liliane were extremely welcoming, kind I trusted the other reviews and I was right, they took care of us all week. Gilles is an easy contender for the kindest man in France. Let alone his hospitable acceptance and overall welcoming spirit. The peace and views of his home are very healing and much needed time to feel immersed in the landscape of the surrounding mountains. You can tell he built this place with his heart and soul and loves each moment shared in his home. All the best Gilles!

This villa exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking scenery that made waking up each morning a joy. It was perfectly equipped for our stay with two young toddlers, including a full-size cot, a high chair, and dark shutters that made nap times easy. The amenities were fantastic, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. He even kindly offered to post back some forgotten items, which we really appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

There were four of us for a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior furnishings are simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and a supermarket. We used the heating in the evening given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season period. Very responsive and helpful host.

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

What a wonderful place! The house is in a fantastic location in Ospedaletti, with stunning sea views. You can walk to the beach in 5 to 8 minutes – via some stairs down or, for those who prefer to go without stairs, just up the road. The house itself is cozy, authentic and decorated with great taste in a light retro style, which we love very much. Everything is available: a complete kitchen with oven, dishwasher and a well-functioning washing machine. The spacious terrace and charming garden – both with sea views – complete it. And the landlord? An incredibly friendly and sweet woman with whom we had very pleasant contact. This is without a doubt the most beautiful place in Ospedaletti. We will definitely come back!

We have just returned from a lovely 3 night stay in Raphaël's apartment. It was very spacious and well presented. The patio had breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside to the sea. The property was in a very peaceful rural setting but still within a short walk from the nearest bus stops into Nice. Raphaël was a charming host who was very attentive. His communication throughout was very good. We would definitely like to return. Many thanks from the Rawles family.

The apartment is incredible. She provides everything you could need, iron, hairdryer, toiletries, even salt and pepper. Great use of space and fabulous view. It’s tricky to get to without transport. There are many, many, many steps up! Fine if you have a car or happy to get Ubers.

We had a pleasant stay. The villa is beautiful and comfortable. The amenities are plentiful and quality. Olessia is a very welcoming host.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. Very delightful place. Stunning view and the house has all the comforts you are looking for. Nice parking spot inside the property. The owners are very kind and flexible with the check in. Will be back for sure when touring around the area.

After a warm welcome,we took possession of the simply decorated cottage. The only bemol is the lack of parking.

Our stay at Lars's place was very special. The apartment, like the whole house, is very quirky and yet practically furnished. You have the feeling that the amenities were chosen based on how you want to travel yourself. Wake up to amazing views of Nice, a BBQ grill for feasts with all the ingredients you need to buy in the markets, and a few pets to feel right at home. Highly recommended.

We spent 6 days in early September at Boris’ villa. It was exactly as described and extremely well located - private but close to the beach. The weather was fabulous. The house has a wonderful vibe and the outdoor patio and balcony off the master bedroom are highlights. It is a short walk down some stairs and then onto the beach and many restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store etc. There was never anyone at the pool and it was very quiet. Would highly recommend Boris’ villa and thank you for being responsive and sharing this great place. Great location for doing day trips to Monaco, Ventimiglia (Italy), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice. The old village is also a great visit.

the house really is not missing anything, clean, essential, simple but equipped with everything you need . The terrace outside with a nice view. The parking for the car is inside the courtyard, very comfortable. The house is connected to the village with a steep but short climb. In 10 minutes you can reach the sea to consider if you have motor problems. I spent a weekend of true relaxation given also by the really quiet area

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. We stayed at Vincent's place for a week and we are delighted. The accommodation is very functional, well equipped, clean, and extremely bright with all the floor-to-ceiling windows that look even better than pictured. Great viewpoint on the valley, very well located (30 min from Nice, 45 min from Menton, 1h15 from Saint Martin Vésubie). Very quiet environment, the access road puts directly in the atmosphere (2.5km of lace-up). In short, a flawless one and a great week for us. And Vincent is very accommodating and super nice. We even tested the pool that had just been watered (14 degrees but motivated it is done😆)

We had a great time. Apartment surrounded by greenery, 10 minutes from the sea, recently renovated and complete with everything. The view from the living room is fantastic. Air conditioning and heating. Comfortable beds. Friendly owners. Recommended

Simply our best stay with a local! Sandra and cinzia are exceptionally kind and full of care. The accommodation was full of charm in a small quiet village with a magnificent view. Nothing to say about the cleanliness and comfort of the bedding. We loved our stay and will be happy to come back. 🤗

Recently renovated apartment. Great location to reach the sea and the center of Ceriale in a few minutes on foot. We also took advantage of the condominium parking lot. The air conditioning is very much appreciated (and essential). Host available and available. A lot of flexibility on check-in and checkout time.
