However, despite its central location, the room is quiet thanks to its aluminum windows with double glazing, which provide excellent insulation from possible external noise. The duplex is divided as follows: on the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen integrated into a single space, where the 4 windows and high ceilings give a feeling of space and brightness to the room. Also on this floor are a guest bathroom, a double bedroom, and a laundry and storage room. From here, you access the second floor via the internal staircase, which consists of a room with a trundle bed and a bathroom with a shower. (This duplex accommodates 6 people, but there is the possibility of reserving 2 additional spaces on the third floor, subject to availability. According to local regulations, we are required to register our guests with the police. For this reason, we will ask you for a copy of your identity documents, both yours and those of any accompanying guests over the age of 14, before arrival.
