The bedroom has a kingsize bed and the spacious living room includes bench that converts into 2 single beds if needed (see photos). The loft is on the second floor of the building. The apartment is ideally located in Manresa, called the heart of Catalonia because of its strategic geographical location. At 30 minutes from Montserrat and 1 hour from Barcelona. Manresa is a medieval, Ignasian and versatile city, capital of the Bages region, surrounded by forests, fields and vineyards (DO Pla de Bages). Ideal for walking and mountain biking.

The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

The property is fenced all around.
