Newly renovated and fully equipped apartment just 5 minutes from the Santa Coloma L1 metro. It is a perfect apartment for couples or families for both long and short stays. Very sunny newly renovated two bedroom apartment with a small balcony in the marriage room and a large terrace with table in the front. The apartment is bright and very sunny with a spacious dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen concept to make your stay more comfortable and a comfortable sofa that turns easy into a sofa bed. There are two rooms. The large room with a nice balcony has a 1.50 x 1.90 double bed. The other room has a single bed measuring 1.05 x 1.90. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen. dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, paellas and pans.... You will also have at your disposal on the floor a washing machine, ironing board and ironing facilities as well as cleaning tools. The TV is Smart TV. You will have a good working area in the dining room with a good internet connection. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with air conditioning in both the dining room and in the bedrooms. Smoking inside the floor is strictly prohibited. If you have smoked inside the apartment and the ozone machine must be used to eliminate odors, 50 euros extra will be charged.
