With the highway just 5 mins away, it's perfect as a base to discover Asturias. The house is roomy, with views of the sea on one side and the hills on the other, a big balcony and a porch where you can dine and a big private garden where you can sunbathe and relax and the children can play.

One hour from the coast and beaches and two from Oviedo. There are a variety of hiking and cycling trails in the surrounding area. This area has a special microclimate. It is located in a mountainous area but only 200 meters above sea level, well protected from the north and with good exposure to the south.
