Family-friendly holiday rentals in Santa Fe County

We loved the quiet location of this house that was still a very walkable distance to the Santa Fe Plaza and many restaurants. It was nice to be able to just park at the house and walk to everything. House was exactly how described, very accommodating. Loved the traditional adobe look with updated amenities. Would book again.

Great hosts! They were very helpful when needed but did not infringe on our privacy. The house was cozy and well loved, with absolutely everything we needed. They left clear instructions on how to use all the appliances and audio in the house so we had no issues. The surrounding area is very quiet. There is a medium sized grocery store and a few restaurants about 10 minutes away, but for more variety one would have to go to Santa Fe. We did end up making extensive use of the kitchen and the grill. It worked out well for a low-key, relaxing trip.

This is probably my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! My fiancé and I booked Talia’s place to stay while exploring Santa Fe. Honestly, we could have just stayed here the whole time and we plan on coming back to do just that! The place is very comfortable and spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The property is absolutely gorgeous and offers a great nature walk. Talia and Bill are wonderful hosts, super friendly and personable. Last but not least, the private hot tub is the best!! Incredible views of the stars on a clear night. I can’t wait to come back and spend more time out here!

We had a wonderful stay at Marta's place. The kitchen is really well stocked - anything you could ever want to cook with was there! The space is lovely and location ideal - on a quiet street but close to everything. Appreciated her letting us check in early and check out late. Dogs loved it too. Would definitely stay again!

The casita was the perfect home away from home for our southwest NYE! Clean, comfortable, and cozy! It was so nice being able to walk downtown in minutes and be in the middle of so many great restaurants and museums yet it was quiet and peaceful when you went back home for the night. Everything was as described and thoughtfully arranged making it living in ready in an instant.

Very responsive owner, wonderful location, everything in walking distance in central Santa Fe. Ideal space to share a special holiday time with a multi generational family get together. Tastefully updated, comfortably arranged 100 year old house. Lovely linen and even a hot tub to enjoy in winter!

Cynthia's place is delightful! The sound of water from the water feature in the courtyard is soothing, the furnishings are super high quality and comfortable, the deck facing West is lovely in the morning and evening, the hot tub is nicely situated. the kitchen has everything you need, including spices. Cynthia has truly thought of everything. we had a wonderful time there. Thanks Cynthia!

We found the home very charming. Unfortunately we have to leave due to allergic reaction that both myself and my daughter had staying at the property. We were grateful that she and Airbnb accommodated us with a partial credit for what we had paid.

Great location, away from some of the hustle and bustle yet close to the Plaza and good restaurants. House decor was gorgeous. Front sitting porch was a lovely way to start the morning. Restaurant and coffee location and description info in the house manual very helpful.

We loved staying here! The house is charming and the neighborhood quiet. It’s just a few minutes by car to the plaza and rail yard area. There’s a great walking path just across the way, and stores are nearby. All the linens were clean and like new. The kitchen had everything we needed. I plan to stay here again in the future!

Really enjoyed our stay in this real adobe home! Especially appreciated the great story about the property and how it was acquired by Cary’s grandparents. We had only a short 2 night stay but I felt like this information colored my experience, it stayed on my mind as I was using the space and made it more special. The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated with antiques and charming hand-painted murals. Would recommend to anybody who wants to experience adobe living!

We had a really nice stay here. The house was very clean, with well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The batteries on the door lock went dead, but I was able to reach the host right away and she let me know where to find replacement batteries. She also offered to come over and replace, but it was simple enough for us to do. That was all the help we needed and she was very responsive. The house is walkable to the central Plaza area. Overall a nice place and I would recommend.

This is a great place that is convenient to everything in Madrid. The instructions to check in were clear and thorough, and responses to communication through the app were speedy. The house itself was tidy and spacious for two guests. I only wish I had booked a second night!

Such a beautiful home with two courtyards. In a perfect location, easy to walk to amazing restaurants, galleries and hikes. Quiet and cozy with all kinds of amenities. We were so comfortable and happy here!

my mom and I traveled together to santa fe and loved the Casita. Very private and secure. Super cute and clean one of the best air bnbs I've stayed at. On our last night we lit the kiva, what a delight. warmed up the Casita very quickly. The location of the Casita was perfect very close to the plaza, train depot, museum hill, and canyon road. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

There were 5 women in our group, we were on a girls’ trip for 3 nights. The house, pool, patio and front porch were very clean. There were enough patio furniture for all 5 of us to lounge around on and eat at the outdoor dining area. The pool was the highlight, it was very clean and comfortable temperature. It was amazing. The front porch had enough seating for all 5 of us and we had our morning coffees and breakfasts there. Very serene. I would recommend this Airbnb and gladly stay there again. The host was very attentive and made sure we had a relaxing stay, which we did.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was perfect for our group of six—plenty of room and everything we could possibly need. On the off chance something wasn’t there, the hosts were super quick to respond and take care of it. The location was great—just a short Uber or drive to downtown Santa Fe. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were a huge bonus. I’d definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area, and I’d absolutely stay here again!

It's a beautiful place in Tesuque! It's quiet, peaceful, and in an ideal location outside of Santa Fe. The area is walkable and has incredible views of mountains and foothills. Loved the coffee table drum and the traditional New Mexico style of home.

Fernando is our outstanding host and we absolutely loved the property. Lots of great indoor and outdoor space to spend time with friends and family and the pool is perfection. We are looking forward to staying here again.

I've stayed in many vacation rentals and Steven's home in Santa Fe was by far the best! Steven was always so responsive, especially when answering all the questions I sent! The home is gorgeous! The setting is gorgeous! I so enjoyed watching 5 deer just outside the front door! The home was so well prepared and had everything I could use throughout my 10-day stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware, utensils and serving pieces I would need to make a gourmet dinner. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and also had anything I needed. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were super soft! And the local grocery store even delivered to the property!! Steven's restaurant recommendations were perfect! My family had a great time in Santa Fe and it was made even better by Steven's home. I would suggest this vacation home to everyone looking to visit Santa Fe!!

This home is incredible! The location is private and quiet in Teseque but just a short drive to the Santa Fe Plaza. The home features a wall of windows/doors opening up onto an expansive patio with gorgeous mountain views. It is tastefully decorated with luxury touches. The kitchen was chock-full of anything you need. The floorplan is ideal for two couples or parent/kiddos. The host was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. The photos were exactly like the property. The instructions were easy to follow clear and provided well in advance. The place itself was an amazing location and when we arrived, it was absolutely spotless two Casitas really delivered. It’s an absolute gem. The perfect stay every amenity was thawed out. Bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper and extras like make up towels and cotton pads. Everything was really comfortable like the couch and the chairs and sheets. I will definitely be back.
