Family-friendly holiday rentals in Santa Fe County

We loved the quiet location of this house that was still a very walkable distance to the Santa Fe Plaza and many restaurants. It was nice to be able to just park at the house and walk to everything. House was exactly how described, very accommodating. Loved the traditional adobe look with updated amenities. Would book again.

Words do not do justice to our experience with Nancy & Kent. Not only is the area absolutely beautiful and profoundly unusual, but the property is perfect. More details than I could ever imagine. When we needed help, they were terrifically supportive and knowledgeable. These were the easiest hosts we have ever stayed with. We have stayed with many third party hosts, as well as the other group. Never have we stayed with people who were so trusting and laidback. It makes you want to make sure to do right by them. This was just what we needed and more.

We felt welcomed and at home immediately upon arrival. The apartment is very well equipped with everything that one might need. Great outdoor seating areas. Hot tub was so nice! Both folks were helpful with suggestions . Want to come back!

This place was amazing for a quiet vacation. Our host was so proactive, making sure our stay was perfect from beginning to end. We really felt immersed in Santa Fe culture here.

The casita was the perfect home away from home for our southwest NYE! Clean, comfortable, and cozy! It was so nice being able to walk downtown in minutes and be in the middle of so many great restaurants and museums yet it was quiet and peaceful when you went back home for the night. Everything was as described and thoughtfully arranged making it living in ready in an instant.

Gorgeous place! About 10 minutes drive from the plaza, very quiet and private location. The inside was spacious and lovely, with a great working kitchen. Would absolutely recommend.

Host responded in almost every case within 2 minutes. Super clear on instructions, almost too clear which is good because you know she cares about the location and upkeep which lead to an extremely clean and organized location. House easily fit 11 of us, and all amenities were as described. We used all of them and they worked exactly as intended. Kitchen in the standout for the house, and a very open layout which is great for family.

Amazing as always! This was our third time to stay here, and we’ll definitely be back again. It’s a very cozy, clean place in a great location with great hosts!

The casita is lovely, clean and comfortable with lots of natural light, and feels safe. The kitchen is really well stocked and has everything that you might need to cook a meal. Julie and Scott are very welcoming, flexible, and easy to communicate with. The property itself is very cool, lots of room to walk around, even has access to a river. Would recommend to a friend!

This was our first trip to New Mexico, and we’re so lucky that we picked Liz’s place to stay in! Our place was cozy, private, and very comfortable. The location was good… We’re just surprised that she didn’t recommend the great breakfast place that was literally around the corner, the Tune Up Cafe! Liz even reached out to us after we left because my husband had left behind a couple of things. Luckily, we were heading back that way before we returned home, so we were able to pick them up from her. Great host!

What a sweet spot! Lovely adobe home with surrounding courtyard. It's a short walk to the center of town.... amenities are great (and I loved the 10,000 Waves bath products). Thank you!

You can tell that Dan and Miriam care about the house and are generously sharing it with us. The Copper Penny was incredibly charming and well-kept, nicely furnished and decorated.

We loved our stay! The house had lots of privacy, but was walking distance to restaurants, art galleries, and shops. Super clean and a comfortable, cozy vibe. Would definitely come back!

There were 5 women in our group, we were on a girls’ trip for 3 nights. The house, pool, patio and front porch were very clean. There were enough patio furniture for all 5 of us to lounge around on and eat at the outdoor dining area. The pool was the highlight, it was very clean and comfortable temperature. It was amazing. The front porch had enough seating for all 5 of us and we had our morning coffees and breakfasts there. Very serene. I would recommend this Airbnb and gladly stay there again. The host was very attentive and made sure we had a relaxing stay, which we did.

We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and great location of this property. Very easy to get around to do all of our favorite sightseeing AND eating.

For a family gathering it exceeded expectations. Wonderful views, warm pool in the middle of winter when only the brave go in. Large space for family meals, great restaurants and plenty of parking space. We skied, visited downtown, did the farolito walk on Canyon Road on Xmas Eve. Everything was perfect. We would definitely want to stay here for another Santa Fe gathering.

The check-in to this property was effortless through Casas de Santa Fe. All communication and directions were succinct. The property was clean, professionally decorated and well-maintained. There were three private patios. Being in a gated community, we felt safe and secure. The property was very close to amazing hiking trails and the hotel restaurant and spa nearby. This property has its own community swimming pool, which we used daily. Parking was fantastic and spacious. The kitchen was fully operational and well-stocked with utensils, plates, glassware, etc. The only less-than-positive feedback was the hvac unit being a bit anemic for the square-footage of the home. The unit was equipped with box fans, which needed to be utilized to cool down the bedrooms. Would lease this property again.

It's a beautiful place in Tesuque! It's quiet, peaceful, and in an ideal location outside of Santa Fe. The area is walkable and has incredible views of mountains and foothills. Loved the coffee table drum and the traditional New Mexico style of home.

Fernando is our outstanding host and we absolutely loved the property. Lots of great indoor and outdoor space to spend time with friends and family and the pool is perfection. We are looking forward to staying here again.

I've stayed in many vacation rentals and Steven's home in Santa Fe was by far the best! Steven was always so responsive, especially when answering all the questions I sent! The home is gorgeous! The setting is gorgeous! I so enjoyed watching 5 deer just outside the front door! The home was so well prepared and had everything I could use throughout my 10-day stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware, utensils and serving pieces I would need to make a gourmet dinner. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and also had anything I needed. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were super soft! And the local grocery store even delivered to the property!! Steven's restaurant recommendations were perfect! My family had a great time in Santa Fe and it was made even better by Steven's home. I would suggest this vacation home to everyone looking to visit Santa Fe!!

Robert’s home in Santa Fe was wonderful! It was the perfect place for us to enjoy the holidays with family. We especially liked the fire place inside and the chiminea outside for a cozy fire. The owner even left fire wood for us to use that was very appreciated. I’d recommend this home to others visiting the area. The Tesque village market down the road is amazing for lunches out.
