Welcome to Santa Fe! This charming studio cottage and my home share the property in this quiet residential neighborhood. The cottage is full of Santa Fe charm with a cozy, pretty interior, skylights and lots of natural light, a fully-stocked kitchen corner, handmade cabinets, Mexican tile, one comfy queen-sized bed, and a private garden patio. It's a quiet haven but centrally located, just 2 miles from the Plaza/downtown. It's a lovely place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Cozy and Sunny Studio perfect for one guest

Small, but cozy and sunny Studio with sleeping loft (full size futon perfect for one person) is located in the heart of the old part of Santa Fe on a quiet street within walking distance to the Plaza. The decor is eclectic in the sense of "Santa Fe Style" popular locally with some distressed pieces of furniture. There is a kitchenette with 2 electric stove tops (no Microwave) convenient for quick heating up. There is a sturdy wooden ladder leading to the sleeping loft - beware if acrophobic.

Private Casita in Amazing Location!!

This private casita is located behind a main house in a desirable location only 1 mile from the Plaza. With close proximity to Alto Park, there is easy access to the Santa Fe river walk for easy walking or biking. The casita is a small cozy studio with all amenities one might need for their stay. It's equipped with a comfy queen size bed, full kitchenette, small bathroom w/ shower, seating, eating & desk area. Enjoy cable TV & wireless internet. Our cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home can accommodate 4 guests, and is perfect for an amazing adventure in beautiful Northern New Mexico. Casita De Nambe is located in the heart of Nambe and comes fully equipped for both long or short term stays. Guests are provided with a fully equipped kitchen, stove heater, washer, dryer, WIFI and a smart TV compatible with Netflix & Hulu. The patio is equipped with a grill and a fire pit for outdoor activities as well as a fully gated yard, perfect for pets!

You can hike right out the door, and enjoy out-of-this-world star gazing, and amazing sunrises and sunsets!

This is a cozy and beautiful space walking distance to restaurants and galleries. The van has everything you need and is decorated with modern Santa Fe touches. The van is insulated and has a warm heater for the winter months. *We are built a ADU in the backyard, and have added some updated photos. The van is parked in our backyard with a porch for watching the sunset, an outdoor grill and fire pit. You have private access to bathroom, shower and laundry room in the main house.
