Holiday rentals with a patio in Santa Fe Province

Perfect from beginning to end! Sofi was wonderful, always available, accommodating and willing to assist with all our needs. We felt very safe in the building with so many security measures. The quincho rental was amazing for a big group of people. We'll be back, thank you!

We had a great weekend at Leonor's house, we were surprised for good, great location, very clean, tidy, with beautiful furniture and decoration, everything worked ten points, I would definitely choose again!! thanks for everything Leonor!

The neighborhood is just 10 minutes farther than usual from areas such as Cardales or Maschwitz and perfectly combines the peace of the countryside with the comforts of today. I spent the weekend of August 16-18, 2024 and everything was perfect. The property where the house is is 50x100 and the house has a heating system that heats the floor; then when we wake up at night or in the morning barefoot, it was a pleasure to walk. Rosa was the one who welcomed us with excellent predisposition and the home turned off!!! We're definitely coming back to this place

Great accommodation and value for money. It is a few blocks from where the center begins and the house has all the necessary amenities for 5 people to spend the days you want and enjoy San Pedro tranquil. Everything was sparkling: floors, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, garage and rooms. The super equipped kitchen with everything you need for the day to day. In the block there is butchery, greenery, kiosk, pantries and everything you need on a daily basis. The only thing we would improve is the mattress of the double bed because it looks like it is already old and uncomfortable. It's very blandito and sinks. Everything else was barbaric. Finally, Franco is always very attentive and predisposed to any query so very grateful to him.

We stayed this weekend and the truth is that the house is very nice, well maintained and the pool and park were impeccable. Just like the description and photos. The only detail to keep in mind is that if you go with children, the pool has no fence. But everything was a 10, very good service from Sol and the area is very quiet. Thank you for everything! You have a very nice house!

Very cozy house for the time we were.. Very comfortable and with options that fix the stay: crockery, cleaning products. Although there was no soap and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were missing complete.. We really liked the garage to protect the vehicle. Surely we opted for her again.

Very comfortable apartment, nicer than the pictures. Clean, everything worked perfect. Gabriela gave us the keys and explained what was necessary. We were able to enjoy with our dog. Recommended.

Ele apartment has all amenities, it is new, clean, with furniture and tasteful decor. A few minutes walk from the bus terminal and a few minutes from downtown by car.

Everything is spotless! The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, bright and clean, with everything you need to be comfortable. The view from both balconies is spectacular to enjoy the sunsets in the city. It is located at an ideal point to go out to eat or have a rich coffee. Ignacio was a great host! Very warm, attentive and respectful of us from the moment we booked. We have no doubt that we will be back on our next visit to Rosario!
