Delightful two-room apartment recently renovated, in the heart of the historic center of Perugia, equipped with WiFi/fiber and air conditioning, located near the Roman Aqueduct and 50 meters from the Etruscan Arch and the University of Foreigners, very close to all areas of interest including the Cathedral, Corso Vannucci, Fontana Maggiore, the Rectorate and Morlacchi theater, as well as clubs, restaurants and shops. The house is very comfortable and has 2 entrances, one independent and one inside the building.

Campo Battaglia Studio apartment in the center

Our bright studio apartment is located on the third floor of a small building (without a lift!) in a quiet street in the centre, a stone's throw from the Minimetrò and all the main points of interest. The house is small but we have tried to make it as welcoming as possible and to furnish it with simplicity and care. Beautiful, bright and graceful, it is located on the 10th floor of a building in the residential of Madonna Alta. Equipped with a double bedroom and a kitchen with a sofa bed, it allows the accommodation of individuals or small groups of up to 4 people. The bathroom is clean and comfortable as well as equipped with a washing machine. You can walk there from the station which is about 7 min. away on foot. It is also just a few meters from the metro that will take you comfortably to the center

Stylish and characteristic mini apartment in the historic center of Perugia. It is located in an ancient building of the 1400s a few steps from Corso Vannucci and the University for foreigners, near the Arco dei Gigli. The building overlooks Via Bontempi, a few meters from Piazza San Severo, where there is the famous fresco of Raphael "Trinità e Santi". Near the building is the Via della Viola, a characteristic street animated by typical bars and renowned restaurants.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Central apartment

The apartment is close to the city center, 50 meters from the Minimetro 'Pincetto' terminal station. It is in the university and court area. It is bright, quiet, in an elegant condominium; it consists of 4 rooms and two bathrooms. Two beautiful terraces overlook the Assisi Valley. It is outside the traffic-restricted zone. It is therefore possible to unload luggage in front of the entrance by car. With free or paid street parking.

The large and bright room with a private entrance is in the heart of the historic center of Perugia. I renovated it with care and refinement in 2018, to best accommodate those visiting the city. In the room, you will also find a nice table to enjoy our breakfasts, or maybe a plate of pasta: the retractable mini-kitchen is at your disposal. Two beds, independent heating and air conditioning.

The accommodation is located in the center of Perugia, a sloping roof attic apartment, on the third floor, with a separate entrance. It consists of a double bedroom with bathroom, living room with double sofa bed, super-equipped kitchen and high-speed WiFi. Completely renovated in a warm and welcoming rustic style, with reuse of original materials for floors and ceiling.

The house of Crafts and Arts, recently renovated and modernized with all the comfort that a well arranged flat could offer. The double bed is comfortable and spacious, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the New Saint Mary’s church and on the city in general. In the bathroom you’ll find a shower designed to give you a pleasant regenerating break.
