Cute one bedroom cottage on our 10 acre horse ranch.We live on the Ranch and our home is about 3 acres away from the guest house. We are close by to accommodate any needs you may have but also far enough away to ensure your privacy. Landscaped, fully fenced yard with deck, BBQ and fire pit area. We are minutes away from award winning wineries, beaches, Lopez Lake and San Luis Obispo. We encourage folks from all walks of life to enjoy the serenity of our ranch and a little bit of country living.

Lovely private 1879 Victorian built by Lompoc founder W.W. Broughton - with fully stocked kitchen, living room/ dining room, laundry room, full bathroom, back yard (lawn mowed Tuesdays, watering/ gardening is done generally in the mornings, cable TV, internet, set in spacious, beautifully manicured Victorian Gardens. Reservation includes two bedrooms with queen beds. Note: Entrance stairs may be difficult for those with limitations. No pets. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

This is a "Studio" apt. High ceilings, big windows. It is directly under the upstairs Barn unit . Bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to sound. Located on a dirt road,in the country on 2 1/2 acres,just minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the Central Coast. This is a cozy space, with a coffee pot , microwave,tea pot, toaster, small fridge, t.v, wifi. Dogs are permitted with an addition $65 per pet fee.
