The house consist of 2double bed rooms with view on the valley, a twin bedroom, a big livingroom, a full equipped kitchen and bathroom. The courtyard is perfect for breakfast or lunch, or just to stroll at the sun. Every comfort, including wi-fi,without losing the original feel.

Stone house completely renovated by our family and located in the wonderful village of Pretoro, at the foot of the Majella. Two floors and a large garden entirely available for guests. Detached house, close to the center of the village of Capestrano, located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.

Rock house

It is a small gem located on the scenic Caporciano road. Partly dug into the rock, it offers views and suggestions that are hard to find. It has two gardens, one outside and one inside in which there is a barbecue. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with a fireplace, a pellet stove and a living room dug into the cave, cool in summer. On the first floor, the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.
