The "Trabocco in Campagna" is a special structure surrounded by the greenery of olive trees, which was born between the sea and the mountains. It was curated and completed in every detail in 2025. 2 minutes from the center of Lanciano, 10 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi, 40 minutes from the Majella, you can enjoy a stay immersed in nature, "like on a Trabocco". But what is the trabocco? It is an ancient fishing pile dwelling anchored to the rock on large intertwined wooden poles, capable of withstanding the force of the sea.

Ideal house to relax with the family, among olive trees and nature! It is simple and comfortable. We have a nice garden (not fenced but safe), with a playground, a 3*2m children's pool, a barbecue area, and foosball, to enjoy evenings outdoors with your family. Possibility of a cot and high chair for babies. We have several services nearby and, a few kilometers away, the beautiful Trabocchi coast with the long cycle/pedestrian path (sea view). The beaches: from stretches of sand to those of stone.

We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Within 5 km is Lanciano, famous for the Eucharistic Miracle and San Govanni in Venere with its majestic Abbey. Nearby is the immense Lecceta forest and the Sangro river. At 40 km you can reach the mountain, Mount BLOCK HOUSE, and what is unique is being in the mountains and admiring the entire Adriatic coast from Pescara to Gargano.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
