The apartment located on the first floor has 1 bedroom, a private bathroom, an equipped living room kitchen and a veranda from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the entire valley and the mountains. La mia casa sul mare, con accesso diretto e privato alla spiaggia di San Giovanni, è vicinissima al centro del paese, alla spiaggia centrale di Santa Maria, adue passi dal porto turistico. L'appartamento a disposizione degli ospiti si trova al piano terra ed è composto da un ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto che si affaccia su una grande terrazza vista mare, una camera da letto matrimoniale con vista sul mare, una camera a due letti con vista sul giardino ed il bagno con doccia.
