The internal kitchen is used by the café, but the gourmet area is for guests. The price shown on Airbnb is for this type of accommodation. 2) Rental of the entire property, but with the cafe closed for an additional daily fee of R$1,500. 3) Renting rooms in the guest house, sharing the space with other guests.
