La zona è molto tranquilla ed è possibile parcheggiare in strada accanto all'appartamento gratuitamente, una soluzione perfetta per famiglie o gruppi di amici.

Trova la pace dei sensi in questo appartamento completamente ristrutturato nel 2024, che si affaccia a una bellissima veranda-giardino con un gazebo esterno con area pranzo-cena e un divano. Gli interni sono progettati dall'Host-Architetto, che ci ha messo amore per definire ogni singolo arredo. Il contesto è di prestigio, all'interno di un residence appena riqualificato con piscina. Il centro e la spiaggia sono a due passi: se vieni qui ti dimenticherai la macchina per qualche giorno!

Equipped with all comforts, it is located in a unique position - just 30 meters away from the car park, a rarity for the houses of the old Town. Enjoy the marine deck of the terrace suspended over the Sea in the middle of the quiet of the medieval village, characterized by the typical stone streets (not accessible to cars), colorful houses and picturesque people.

Casa Ichnusa is a charming single-family holiday home located overlooking the sea in the bay of sunsets. It offers every kind of comfort and is the ideal choice for those looking for a quiet stay in the heart of nature, feeling like on a ship in the middle of the sea, and with all the services nearby. The sandy beach is 700 meters away. Supermarket, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. I will add photos of reviews when managed by another Host.

Nuraghe Mannucciu facing the sea

Part of a farmhouse, on the ground floor there is a living area with a kitchen and a beautiful veranda with a view of the sea and sunsets, and on the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. There is an outdoor shower and a shared washing machine, unique sunset view. The other part of Stazzu is where I live, so some outdoor areas may be shared. Beach reachable with a good walk (20 minutes) or in three minutes by car.
