The home has 3 bedrooms, a dedicated office space with sofa bed to sleep 1, a living area with fireplace that opens up into the kitchen and dinning/breakfast area and a backyard to grill, relax or swim. Enjoy the excellent views of the mountain while having breakfast or relaxing in the in-ground pool or hot tub. The pool heater broke and it’ll take a week to be replaced.

The living area features a spacious leather sofa, a natural wood coffee table, and an accent chair. Large glass doors provide a view of the outdoor space, while warm wooden flooring adds a touch of comfort. The area is decorated with modern artwork, creating a stylish ambiance.

Unit also boats high 9 ft ceilings and mini split unit for cooling/heating. Bathroom was also recently remodeled.
