Hello! We are Sonia, Elio and our daughter Beatriz. Our goal is to make your vacation unforgettable!! Welcome to our home!! The "Casinha da Beatriz" is located in Santana, land of typical houses, ex-libris and tourist poster of the island of Madeira. They were houses composed of an attic, where agricultural products were kept, and a ground floor with the living area. We rebuilt one of these typical "little houses," dating back to 1950, with all the comforts of today. It overlooks the sea/mountains.

Absorb the amazing views of the northen part of Madeira island, and meet the insides of the Laurissilva by going on walk in "Levada da Origem", located at 100 meters from the house. Near the house there is also a minimarket, where you can meet Mr. José, ask for the local drink, and get to know a bit more about Boaventura.

Ponta Delgada é hoje famosa pelo seu complexo balnear de piscinas de água salgada, e uma praia protegida das marés e ventos fortes, situada numa baía. Excelente para férias em família, amigos ou simplesmente a dois.

The beach has access to the sea, has a solarium area and showers. Come stay at an old winemakers house that has been beautifully renovated by your host and family with open plan and airy living. The weather can be hot and humid but also bring fresh wind and rain, the Madeirans say you can experience all seasons in one day on the island. In the summer months the house stays cools and in the winter there is a log burner and plenty of blankets to keep you cosy.
