There is large pool (10x15m) and plenty of sunny areas as well as shaded areas beneath the trees. On the premises, you will find The Rectory, a restored 17th-century presbyterian divided into two separate apartments. There are options to book culinary experiences and activities such as truffle hunting, wine tastings and cooking classes.

Small stone ruin restored in the shade of the woods, a corner of paradise suspended between Tuscany and Umbria, ideal for relaxing and experiencing atmospheres of the past. It is located near the pretty Medieval village of Pierle, dominated by an 11th century castle. Formerly used as a chestnut dryer (metato), the small ruin has been renovated while preserving the original characteristics and with an inspiration given by the ancient Tuscan farmhouses typical of the area.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

The house is in a good location for country walks, wildlife, sun, and sightseeing. It's in a nature filled valley with easy routes to interesting places like Siena or smaller towns such as Montone. The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.
