Lynn was the perfect host, even though we checked in very late she stayed up to made sure we had some tea before bed, and showed us around. We were very comfortable in our room, and the breakfast was very generous. We learnt so much about the local area and rural family life, which added a real dimension to our trip. Lynn’s warm, laid back style put us right at ease, we were very jet lagged and she insisted we use the kitchen in the middle of the night if up. If you enjoy the slightly sterile predictability and privacy of a motel, this might not be for you. But I would encourage anyone who wants to know more about the area and the real people here to indulge in a true ‘home stay’ at the Guest Ranch. Excellent value for money!”
Lovely two bedroom fully stocked basement apartment with separate entrance in a quiet Payson neighborhood/ cul-de-sac. There's large kitchen with TV lounging area, 2 bedrooms 1 with a full bed and another with twin beds. OK for more than 4 with queen air mattress in kitchen-LR area. Full bath. TV & RoKu including Disney+, refrig, stove, new microwave. Within minutes of Nebo Canyon, five minutes to Payson Temple and downtown Payson with restaurants and 10 screen movie theater.
