We are so happy to have added this property. We have been hosting happy guests in Park City for 15 years now. Our new 2 bed and 2 1/2 baths place is ready for your vacation. Located at the Park Avenue condominiums, our home is 1,500 square feet of comfort. Large kitchen, breakfast bar and dining table downstairs. Also downstairs is the great room. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with its own full private bath. Private parking in our carport. With amenities so close that the car can stay parked.

Beautifully remodeled and tastefully appointed modern three bedroom ski condo next to Park City Mountain Resort. A full top to bottom modern renovation was recently completed and everything is new. The location of the condo is hard to beat, were right on the golf course and within walking distance of Park City Mountain resort! The condo is very peaceful and quiet, positioned right on the fairway, yet it is less then a 10 minute walk to the ski lifts. Unit also has a private hot tub!
