Holiday rentals with a patio in Santiago

Patrick was very flexible while we booked the place the day before. He gave us some great tips on things to do nearby. The apartment is very spacious and really well located! Great for a family vacation.

The accommodation is impeccable and very complete. Very close to everything and a great little beach ( Mar di Baxu). Daniel communicated very well and told us how to get there ( It's very easy). This is where you want to be! Pool large enough for short laps. The house is huge! Lucas' relatives are across the driveway and very helpful with issues. Expect some family activity, but other times completely quiet, and we had the pool to ourselves whenever we used it. Rental car needed.

Very nice spacious villa, very responsive and available host, in a quiet residential area and accessible amenities, 10 minutes walk from the beach. Also, the air conditioning in each room, and the cozy outdoor area with very clean pool are very nice.

Very pleasant stay. A very large terrace well sheltered from the wind. Comfortable accommodation with very good bedding. The neighborhood is typical of local life. The beach is close and so are the shops. There is a good bakery 300m away. Note that the pressure of the shower may vary from day to day. No hot water in the sink but we can do without it. Claudio had stocked the cabinets with pepper salt, sugar, coffee, oil, vinegar, garlic, butter in the fridge and water, which we really enjoyed. Very responsive to the phone.

I thank Fatima who remained available throughout our stay. The apartment is as described, the residence is secured with caretaker. There are places all around the residence to park. Fatima left us a parking space in the basement. I will come back to this place if I have to return to the island of Santiago,. I would recommend it, especially if you are a group. Glad to have been to your home Fatima.

Maria was a great host overall, fast communication and the instructions on how to get there was sufficient as long as the taxi driver from the airport calls her to get those instructions since the street has no name and the apartment has no number. Other than that the apartment is very nice and comfortable. Just $10 euros to/airport and $6 euros to the port. Recommend.

Great welcome upon arrival, the host is available and responsive if needed. We were a group of 4 girls, we liked the location with everything nearby e.g. grocery store, shopping center... Thank you and we look forward to returning again.

The home is comfortable and located in a quiet area near the beachfront. Good communication with Eunice answering calls. I recommend it.

Huge apartment with three bedrooms and private terrace overlooking the garden of Lourdes, she even offered us freshly picked papaya! The accommodation is clean and two minutes from the city center. Lourdes was very responsive, kindly advised us and even made it easier for us to travel to Serra Malagueta and Tarrafal I totally recommend it! Thank you for everything!
