From the beginning we were struck by the proximity of Cecilia. Communication was fluid from the start. Very friendly, concerned about the details that made the stay in the house much better than expected. The house 10/10, better than the same photos. Excellent service. Recommended 1000%!!!!

The house is wonderful, much better than what you see in the photos, which are apparently a little older. Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, with everything you need to have a good time and rest. Very friendly and concerned hosts. Our only observation is that on the other side of the quincho there is a large horse guano hill, so the smell is not pleasant when making asados, and there are usually a lot of flies. We also suggest adding a clothesline. Place is completely enclosed and fenced, very safe for our puppy. We will definitely be back again, 100% recommended again.

This was my third quick stop in Santiago, and the location of this Airbnb is fantastic. Close to tons of great restaurants. Enjoyed some live music at the jazz club down the street. Main bedroom is very comfortable. Pullout bed...not so much, but perfectly fine for a couple nights. Host was very helpful and communicative (had to navigate the country-wide power outage). Highly recommend!

Excellent! The apartment is just like the photos, the location is perfect in front of the sea and close to all the restaurants on foot. No need to use the car. A plus the terrace overlooking the ocean, dreamed!!

Carlos was extremely friendly and concerned, the instructions for use and accommodation were very clear, plus Carlos' support made everything very simple and without wasting time. The apartment is spotless, comfortable and with the necessary equipment to have a good rest. The complex is well located, good facilities and nice surroundings.

This is a lovely one bed apartmentnwith a superb view. We spent most of our one-month stay in the balcony looking at the passes-by and beach activities at Las Conchitas beach. The team of consierges was helpful and friendly and the apartment is located a short walk from all grocerie stores, bakeries, drugstorrs, etc. Fully recomme ded.

Beautiful apartment with the roof terrace as a highlight. Very bad sofa in the living room. Lovely bed. A number of things that were a little less: key v complex no longer fit, the battery v smart lock v door apartment was open. All well and quickly resolved. Three floors: roof terrace, bedroom/bathroom with views over bay and living room/kitchen. Walking distance to beach with nice beach bar. Had a great stay.

We had a very comfortable and relaxed stay in the apartment. The location is really the strong point, steps from the beach and with a view of this even from the terrace. We were able to sleep listening to the sound of the waves at night. The conditions of the place seemed good to us and as was stated with the listing. We want to return in the future because of the tranquility we felt. Ideal to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of Santiago.
