Fábio's place in Sapucaí-Mirim is great. Very functional, comfortable and with beautiful views of the wonderful Serra da Mantiqueira. It is possible to see the garden trunk complex. Quiet, well-maintained environment. We had no problems with privacy and security. Fábio was Cortez and attentive from the first contact. Flexible check-in and check-out. Outdoor area with swimming pool, SPA ("ofurô") and excellent campfire area. We just miss wine glasses. Beautifully cared for bed and bath linens. Thank you, Fábio, for welcoming us and we recommend it to the entire community.

Paolo e Andrezza are very polite, cordial and responsive. We had some issues with the internet and power connection outside the property, but hosts were very helpful in contacting the service provider and referring us to locations in the city so we could work. The house is very comfortable, clean, clean linens and towels clean and smelling. The instructions for getting to the house were accurate and the hosts were flexible at checkout time. The view of the mountains and the starry sky is amazing!

Our second time at Rony's house and we'll be back many more times, for sure! The house is comfortable and functional, exactly as shown in the photos. It has a delightful outdoor area, with a beautiful view, where we have built beautiful memories with our children: sunset picnic, marshmelow bonfire under a beautiful starry sky, trail to the waterfalls that are inside the condominium… anyway, it was a very special weekend! I highly recommend Rony's house, who is a superhost!

The stay was simply amazing! The site was impeccably clean, and the utensils available met all our needs with excellence. The countryside is stunning, and the pool is a real highlight — equipped with heater and whirlpool, it offers an even more relaxing and enjoyable experience. The view to the shared areas of the farm is charming, making the environment even more special. Communication with Luciana and Augusto was easy and quick. At all times, they were available to ask questions and provide guidance, always with great cordiality. I strongly recommend the stay and, undoubtedly, I will return at a next opportunity!

Beautiful place!! The plot of the house is wonderful, with a little river passing, animals, balls... It's great for families with kids! The chalets meet the needs of families well. We were in a group of four families and all were very comfortable. The central space is very nice to stay, however, you feel like a reality show, with lots of cameras recording everything. We talked to Alan about this, and he assured us that the images would only be accessed in case of a problem — which, fortunately, did not happen. But if you're bothered by this kind of monitoring, this hosting may not be right for you. I write this because we had not understood that the common indoor areas of the house (kitchen, dining room, pool table, barbecue, fire area, pula pula) would also be recorded. The communication with Alan was efficient, and he provided us with all the help we needed. If it weren't for the cameras, I would definitely come back many times!

I spent the carnival holiday with my family on the Divisa site, and wonderful is little to describe our stay! Paulo and Luciana, besides being always available for any questions, welcomed us very well. Very friendly and attentive, they welcomed us when we arrived and gave a hint of a great place to buy cheese! The house is exactly like the photos of the listings. You have nothing to complain about. Very comfortable beds, good rooms, strong fans, new TV, clean pillows and covers, warm showers, cookware all in excellent condition. We fell in love with every sunset and cow noise. The site has two beautiful dogs and super mansions that will visit you, but for those who do not like it is already the tip. Anyway, they're very polite and if you send out they leave We had no problem with hosting and we will definitely return!

Our days in the house were great, the view is very beautiful and the surroundings are quiet and private. Excellent accommodation! The house and the surrounding landscape are even more beautiful in person, huge contact with nature (we even found many spiders, but we understand that any environment like this will have them). I was very pleased that the house was fenced because I could let my dog loose without any problem. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed, in fact, the whole environment. We only had to bring linens, towels and toilet paper. It's about 20 minutes from downtown. However, it is close to two waterfalls (ofuro and Cachoeira do Matão). Daiane gave us all the information very clearly and attentively. An addendum is that to get into the house, the ramp is a little complicated, so sometimes you have to go down and start over. We intend to return!

Our group of 10 had the absolute best time! It really is well equipped and has everything, we loved the glass room and the sauna. The house is very comfortable and warm even without the heating. We felt super safe on the premises, but it has a very steep and tight climb that can be a little difficult to climb with a weaker car. In addition, we also found it necessary to do some maintenance on the house, mainly considering the kitchen cabinets and some bathrooms such as the master suite.

Ana's place is the perfect place to reconnect and relax! It is thirty minutes from the city, which guarantees total privacy and silence. The view really is fantastic! The house is very beautiful and comfortable: several rooms, sofas, armchairs, reading corners, toy room and outdoor playground for children, well-equipped kitchen, barbecue and very pleasant outdoor area. Very comfortable rooms, with superior quality linens and towels. The heated pool was really nice and warm, and even at 19 degrees we were able to enjoy it every day. In January it usually rains in the region and at night, because it is in a very high place, the temperature drops a lot. We lit the fireplaces and the house was super cozy. The good taste in the decoration of the house is a point to be highlighted, every corner, every wall, every lamp and cushion has its particular beauty. Anyway, it makes you not want to leave! Ana was very kind to us and the caretakers Adriel and Raquel were also great!

I felt in paradise, an unparalleled peace, my birthday was perfect, Rafael very helpful in every way, the beds and bedding are great, everything we needed was served, the leisure area is wonderful, when we arrived the Rafael had left wood that helped a lot on the first day, the bonfire was used every day, my daughter loved it, I recommend to anyone who wants a quiet place, wants to rest with the family and live unique moments that they can't have in the city!
