The house is furnished and decorated with furniture and art pieces from Atelier Carlos França, who also designed and built the house. The house is totally integrated with nature. Enjoy a unique and luxurious experience by staying in this special place. The house was designed and built to provide the guest with the integration with the landscape of the region. The place is incredibly surrounded by mountains, for any of the angles the view is incredible. The house has two floors, the spa is upstairs and has panoramic views. You can hire a UTV ride. The route runs through our region, which is surrounded by mountains, we pass by buffaloes and rivers.

We are approximately 1 km from the Aiuruoca River, within the boundary of the Itatiaia National Park (about 16 km from Pico das Agulhas Negras) and in the rural area of Itamonte. The House of Jurumirim's dam

Spacious house, on the edge of the dam, in a gated community with only 28 lots. A project carried out by Ambienta Arquitetura (prestigious by the magazine Arquitetura e Construção and others) with 3,900 m2 of land, 516m2 built, a standard pool, and a smaller heated pool (electric heater), trampoline, slackline, kayak, stand up paddle and barbecue. 5 suites (all with air conditioning) and another toilet. Capacity to comfortably accommodate 14 people plus a baby.

Casa Mugango is in Cunha, in the Campos Novos district, about 25 km from the center, with 19 km of paved roads. It is located inside Cabanha Bocaina, a rural site. It is a refuge from the hustle and bustle, a calm environment with the proximity of Nature and country life. The house is surrounded by fragments of forest. Wild animals, insects, spiders and toads can be found, even with periodic fumigations. In the rainy season, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle.

Access is via the Regis Bittencourt highway, in the Palmeirinha neighborhood. There is a short stretch of dirt road (1.9 km), but an ordinary car is sufficient, even in rainy periods.
