An almost new apartment, in excellent condition, comfortable, well-lit, equipped, with a protective net for minors, and a good view of the pool and the sea. Central heating. English spoken. Entrance through Bahía Sur. The apartment was recently maintained, and was decorated with quality furniture and ornaments. The building has washing machines and dryers that work with tokens that are purchased from the administration office. There is wireless Wi-Fi inside the apartment, plus another in the building's lobby.

It includes a disinfectant kit (chlorine, paper towel for the kitchen and alcohol gel), bed linens, bath towels and toiletries (soap, shampoo and toilet paper). El condominio en general es muy natural, el departamento es completo para 6 personas, sin embargo no cuenta con toallas ni tampoco sábanas ya que son elementos personales. 👁 Están disponibles 3 piscinas exteriores. La piscina temperada está en remodelación , no disponible. 👁 El funicular se encuentra habilitado para uso los fines de semana .
