Recently renovated house, very practical and comfortable. With plenty of different spaces and an incredible view of the sea and the river mouth. Spread over 3 floors: ground floor (first floor), internal and external barbecue area, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, utility room; first floor (living-dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom); second floor (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). It has a swimming pool and central heating. Heating is charged separately. The pool is close to trees, so there may be some leaves in it.

It includes a disinfectant kit (chlorine, paper towel for the kitchen and alcohol gel), bed linens, bath towels and toiletries (soap, shampoo and toilet paper).
