Booked Mike's place after leaving another location. Mike let me check in early. He responded very quickly to all inquiries I had. The building is secure and the security speak a little English. It's close to McDonald's and across from pricemart supermarket

Diego was an amazing host. 100% the best room I’ve been to in DR. The room is exactly what it looks like in person.. if not BIGGER! Very cozy & clean when I walked in. I’m definitely only coming here when I return to Dominican Republic 🔥

My 25 day stay was excellent. The place is just as shown in the pictures: clean, quiet and noisy, ideal for resting or working. Jeisson's attention was impeccable, always very caring and helpful. Communication was 10/10, was always available for any questions or needs. The janitors in the building were also so kind and helpful. Also, the location is very good, close to everything you need. I recommend this stay 100% and would certainly come back.

It was a great experience. The studio apartment was very clean, and communication with the host was smooth. He responded to my messages sooner than expected, and he was very helpful in a situation that came up. I'll return to the place for future stays that require me to stay in the area.

We had a very warm welcome. Upon arrival you will be waiting for a basket with snacks and drinks. The house was super clean. and the host is always there for anything. Definitely worth it and we recommend this house!

Excellent. Actually, we only wanted to stay one night, but due to the family environment, we decided to stay longer in the short term. Justin and Johny are extremely friendly and helpful, they also showed us the area and the sights. In addition, water, coffee and small snacks are always available free of charge. All in all, I can warmly recommend it to everyone. Thanks again to the two hosts.

This gentleman understood the problem I had with the earlier b and b. He made sure that I had hot water!! It was life changing to be able to simply take a hot shower!! Great service and I had a chance to meet him at random walking the stairs , what a gentleman!! When I stay in this area , I am staying here! Everything worked!! Kitchen was equipped. Washer worked! Great place! Very comfortable and centrally located where the action is in Santo Domingo!

Place felt like home ; easy to get around to supermarkets, beaches & restaurants . Quiet & peaceful environment. Will def book again for another stay. Joseph is proactive very responsive & friendly. I’ve had a wonderful stay. Parking is a+. 24 hours security at eyesight.
