Long ago this was a stable where rabbits and goats were kept - now it's a spendid apartment with vaulted ceilings, vintage furniture, stunning views, a cute balcony, a large fully equipped kitchen and a lovely bathroom. It is a tranquil place where all you hear is the river down below, yet it's only a few steps to the village centre and the local bar. The apartment has been renovated and equipped to the highest standards - it's the perfect home away from home.

Bilocale nel cuore di Finale Pia, a pochi metri dalla piazza centrale, attraversando la strada si accede direttamente alla spiaggia, l’appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort, nel appartamento ci sono anche due fantastici terrazzini dove potrete ammirare sin da subito il mare, l’appartamento è dotato di lavatrice e aria condizionata. Adatto a coppie, famiglie ma anche per chi in solitaria vuole trascorrere un periodo di relax al mare :)

Studio in private home.

We rent a small studio with independent access, in our house. Guests can park in a parking lot above the property. We are used to access but it may be astonishing when you are not from the Mentonnaise region (slope and stairs in photos). You will arrive in this little corner of heaven a little secluded welcomed by a magnificent sea view and our affectionate dog "Joe" who remains the caretaker of the place, we also accept your pet.

What a View!

This 3 T apartment is situated 300 meters from the Larvotto Beach and The Forum Congress center of Monaco , Walking distance from Monaco Grand Casino with it's attractions. Walking distance to Beausoleil Eiffel Market place open 7/7. The apartment was fully refreshed, All sleeping facility is bespoke and new. The linen is 300 thread cotton, douvets are Hungarian goose and towels are 600 g. with our logo.

Typical southern apartment with tiles and high ceilings! You can do everything on foot. 1 minute from the beach, 1 minute from the Casino, 3 minutes from the pedestrian area and 10 minutes from the bus and train station! It is on the third floor WITHOUT elevator elevator elevator access. Very quiet on a small street, renovated with the tastes of the day! Loss of fiber. You'll feel right at home.
