A perfectly located rooftop with a large terrace on the 5th floor, the only apartment on that floor (no lift) in the heart of Barcelona and more precisely in Gracia. Gracia was a small town which was absorbed to Barcelona in 1897 and managed to preserve its pedestrian streets and traditions. The area is full of restaurants and bars. A metro station is just below the apartment which serves the Green line with only 3 stops to town centre or a 20 minutes walk from the apartment via Pg De Gracia.

The building has storage cabinets and elevator. Keys box for self checkin. We will pass the password 3 days before the trip . The adults guests ( over 16years old) need pay 6.25€ per person per night for the city tax. It’s not include in rental, need pay cash when the guests arrive at apartment.
