Apartment holiday rentals in São Caetano do Sul

I was very welcome! Eliamar was a sweetheart, saying that I could leave the airport and go straight to the APE, even before the official check-in time. The apartment is tidy and better than in the photos. The street is quiet (obviously, it's SP, so you still can't get around with your cell phone in hand), but it's busy, at night, there are lots of open bars and a lot of options to go to There's an Oxxo on the corner and a Pão de Açúcar at 300m, in addition to Sesc turning the street. It sure would be hosted again!

Very thankful for providing a home out of home for us. Thanks for some prepared food which helped us after a long flight. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with artist atmosphere. It’s easy to walk to the main avenue and very safe neighborhoods. Great price too! Best wishes to you all!

Accommodation was accurately described, location is excellent and communication with Gustavo was great! Super recommend! I had a quick accommodation, but it was worth a lot! Comfortable bed and great atmosphere. An excellent cost x benefit.

Wonderful stay in São Paulo… I went with my family, including a baby and had a crib all tidied, already with bed linen and a bathtub for him!! I loved the delicacy!! Large apartment, perfect location and very close to the ava paulista … market, restaurants … a lot next …I recommend!!!!

We love the apartment, super airy, part of the balcony a delight to have a breakfast in the morning and watch the sunrise. All in accordance with the creation and photos. The hosts responded super fast when I needed it, a great location for those who want to be close to São Paulo. I will come back more often.

The apartment is in a central location and exactly matches the description and photos. The access to the building is by facial biometrics, which provides more security and practicality to get in and out.

The apartment of Thibaud is great, well equipped and the building is well managed. We enjoy the balcony a lot, even more at the time of the Carnival where we watch the main blocks of the center of SP. Our stay was 2 months and was great for the long term, just missing an office chair to work from home more comfortable but the dining chairs accounted for. With regard to the location, it is very centralized and has everything close by, being able to do everything by walking. A Dona Cleuza who received us was a love of person during the checkin and the entire stay. I highly recommend and will be back.

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

Second time we stayed in this apartment that worked very well for my family with a small baby. The hosts were very kind and attentive and the perfect location: restaurants, ice cream, shops and bakeries nearby and also easy to reach other places in São Paulo by car. Excellent!

Very beautiful apartment and new and modern furniture, just one point , the bathroom hood takes a Little to stop working, at night makes a little noise, I don't know if it was my fault not knowing how to turn it off, so the night doesn't work! But everything was great, mattress and comfortable pillows, which is fundamental to me! Very functioning Chuveiro! Educational and helpful porters! Thank you and see you soon

I had a great stay at Rafael’s apartment. It is well located, very comfortable, and the jacuzzi area upstairs is awesome. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!

The place is simply impeccable, extremely faithful to the ad, I felt at home. Marcos was a great host, gave several recommendations and instructions that made the stay much more flexible, easy and welcoming. The property is complete and has everything we need to cook and enjoy to rest. An issue that zeal, is the cleaning of the place, especially bed sheets, was great! I'll definitely come back more often.
