I really liked the space, stay was great. To stay perfect, only lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms, since in the city it is very hot. I also suggest filling that hole in the street in the driveway, we hit the front of the car when we left. We put some bricks there to help...

The property of Andréia is exactly like in the photos, an extremely cozy place, with everything I needed for stay. Andréia was an excellent hostess, always responded quickly and was extremely polite, attentive and affectionate. The condominium is very safe and organized, a little away from the center, but I never had difficulty with Uber. Check-in and checkout are very easy, Andreia is very flexible which makes it very easy. Only compliments and thanks for the impeccable stay.

Quiet stay, very clean environment, exactly as in the pictures. Sleeps two people with peace of mind. It has a lot of bed and bath linens, which makes it much easier to stay. Paulo has communicated with us very efficiently and quickly, as well as being flexible on schedules. Great cost benefit! I recommend the stay!!

I like the apartment, it's just like the pictures. I just didn't know it was so close to the train line, that it makes a very loud noise day and night. But I believe that those who know São Carlos are already used to this, as it is difficult to escape the noise of the train in the city. But it was worth the stay, a clean and organized apartment, the way I needed it.
