We booked the house to spend a few days with the family, along with our 4-year-old daughter and our dog. The house was very clean and organized, with impeccable bedding. Also, it is well ventilated and spacious. We were warmly welcomed by Lizandra and her father, which made us feel right at home. We'll be back for sure!

Carla responded promptly and with kindness and willingness. The space matches the description and the condominium is very quiet, no noise from children or animals, although they are allowed. Two minutes away there is a grocery store that solves a lot of things and 10 minutes away there is a supermarket with a bakery and butcher shop. All on foot. I recommend it and intend to return. Lucineia is a great host, responds quickly, introduced the house, was flexible regarding check-in. The house is wonderful, very spacious, in a quiet neighborhood. Great to enjoy the pool and recharge.

charming place! in the kitchen has all the utensils in fact even much more than necessary, cozy house, heated pool is the differential, for sure when I return to São Carlos, I will stay in this house, because better than this one I doubt think. just wonderful!!!!

The property of Andréia is exactly like in the photos, an extremely cozy place, with everything I needed for stay. Andréia was an excellent hostess, always responded quickly and was extremely polite, attentive and affectionate. The condominium is very safe and organized, a little away from the center, but I never had difficulty with Uber. Check-in and checkout are very easy, Andreia is very flexible which makes it very easy. Only compliments and thanks for the impeccable stay.

Had a great stay! The house is exactly as in the pictures: clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent, communication with the host was quick and efficient, always available to ask questions. I definitely recommend this accommodation!
