A good option for those looking for a large house with lots of space. Good location. Close to the beach. Well looked after. Ivana is attentive and always requests. The homemade couple Chaguinha and Ana are super helpful. Would recommend.

Luiz's place is a paradise on earth, it's on Taíba's best postcard. The house is beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and has everything you need. All spaces are charming and well cared for. All rooms are comfortable suites with balcony exit. Bed and bath linen are of high quality. For my stay, I hired a cook to help but, other than that, the housekeepers are always around helping and keeping the house always clean and organized - as much as possible. Nearby there is a market, pharmacy and the best beach tent in Taíba, but we practically did not leave the house. We took the shopping from Fortaleza, so we had everything we needed. On the deck there is the barbecue and wood oven for pizza. We did a pizza night and it was great!!! If you want to do it too, remember to bring wood to the fireplace (which sells in Cobasi or Leroy Merlin in Fortaleza) to make everything work out. I highly recommend and wish to return soon

The house is excellent. Huge pool, in front of the barbecue.. so family leisure is guaranteed! The rooms are comfortable, very spacious, with all the amenities you need. Our family was in a group with people from 15 to 90 years old and everyone loved it! Rural has fun for all audiences.

The place is amazing... really nice and gorgeous to live in. The house is comfy and cozy. It conveys a wonderful peace and quiet. The view is lush. Td exactly as shown in the photos. And our hostess, Dona Zuleide, is extremely welcoming and attentive was the time td available. Super indico!

Excellent house, highly recommend. Very good space, plenty of rooms, 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer, serves the stay very well, very spacious deck, excellent lawn, clean and cozy pool, very well structured house. It lacks a bit of equipment for daily use (microwave and tv mainly), in general it was a very good hosting, I recommend it to everyone and we will come back.

The house was perfect for what we programmed. Communication with Tânia was excellent and Gedeon welcomed us very well and whenever we requested some information, we were promptly taken care of. We were also graced with a little gift (chocolate box) offered by the hostess. Everything went great.

Great house!

The house is even better than it looks. The rooms is large and the air conditioning in the bedrooms and the pool is an important differential in the heat of Ceará. The barbecue area is beautiful, it has a lighting that brings a cozy climate. We had a problem with the cleaning of the pool, but Rodrigo responded promptly seeking solutions. Anyway, we felt very good in the house and I look forward to coming back.

I went with a group of 12 people. Everyone was very good in the apartment has a full kitchen, utensils, the suites with bathroom, as well as lavatories scattered around the house. An interesting fact of the dynamics of the house is that the kitchen and living area are upstairs, most likely due to air circulation. A great advantage is to be safe in a condominium, with privacy and quick access to the beach and pool. Another house advantage is a dishwasher with 8 services, something very rare in the homes of Ceará. The structure of the house is very good, but it seems little used, with some points with rust, jammed or worn out. But this does not compromise the stay. Power was missing several times, which is a power utility problem. Finally, the hostess answered all our calls and still found a car seat for rent. As future improvements, it could have a hair dryer, airfryer, barbecue skewers, wine glasses. Everyone loved it!

We really enjoyed it! I saw some reviews and was kind of afraid to rent, but the host ensured that the issues had already been resolved and really went. The days we spent at the house were great! Very comfortable, clean and ventilated. I want to come back soon.
