The house, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, is the result of the reconstruction of a 19th century winery and offers the essential facilities for a peaceful holiday. There are two outdoor patios, a large stone table and a barbecue. The swimming pool is set in the vineyards.

Come prepared for poor cellular network and slow Wi-Fi, as the location is isolated. On the other hand, the sound of nature takes on a fantastic dimension, with the river water and birds surrounding us completely. Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.

Casa do Baco is part of a group of houses located in Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro, Barqueiros, in the Douro Demarcated Region. Come and settle in a historic Douro farmhouse with a wine estate to enjoy! The independent house is located on the second floor of the Main House, with two flights of stairs, and features a good bedroom, bathroom, common living room with sofa bed and equipped with a complete Kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi. For guests' comfort, we have a luggage elevator.

The main objective of the restoration was to keep the space faithful to the original house built in the late 1950s, and it was in this space of the house (Garage) that Mr. Américo Serôdio produced his honey and mead, a drink that delighted the children who played in the village yard.
