This apartment is part of a set of three that are located in the same building. This T1 is located on the 3rd floor, which is the top floor and has a wonderful view of Funchal. Although the apartment has sloping ceilings, it is comfortable and has a good ceiling height. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a living room overlooking the terrace. The terrace has a dining table and a sofa. On the lower floor, next to the entrance, there is a work area.

Nice location, perfect mountain and ocean views. 10 minutes walking to the beach and 5 mins to the supermarket. Restaurants and cafes are around the corner. Underground personal parking place. Top floor. Air conditioning. New renovation was made in April 2024. Calm area, swimming pool . Shuttle airport bus stop close to the building. (5 euro trip) Cozy and comfortable for families. Good speed of Internet. Discounts for long-term booking up to 35%.
