Letícia is very solicitous, always responded and easy to communicate and left everything described about the needs of the ap and information, very polite, we are very comfortable, we highly recommend and Letícia is an amazing host 🥰

This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

I recommend, the accommodations are exactly as described and shows in the photos, amazing view. The hostess passed all the guidelines in advance and was very kind. It is well worth it.

The communication with Nelson and Carla was smooth, they always responded quickly and gave us clear instructions about the listing, check-in, checkout, and were very helpful. The location of the condominium is good, with a nearby mall, many options for food and leisure.

The place is amazing, clean cozy and practical. The host is always available and was generous with our check-in and check-out times. The apartment is in the city center of São Paulo, it is good to consider that it has all the facilities to access, but it is also important to consider that it is the center of a large metropolis. I went to work and every time I need to return to SP I will check the availability of this accommodation. It was perfect! Thank you so much!

Cleber is an amazing person and a great host, he welcomed us at check-in and showed a kindness that I had not yet witnessed on this app. The space is extremely cozy, the decor is very eye-catching, my wife and I felt very welcomed and we were able to rest peacefully. Location near 25 de Março, São Paulo market, Liberdade neighborhood and surroundings, so if you are looking for a refuge to rest after your purchases, without a doubt this is a find. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon ☺️

Estadia was amazing, the site was close to several points I visited, it has a subway on the back of the building which made it even easier to transport. Everything very clean, organized, very good place and the beautiful view, I would definitely come back more often!!

Very well located apartment, ideal for those who want to spend time in São Caetano. Air-conditioning, TV, kitchen utensils, washing machine, shower and bed, all very good. Marcos was very clear and cordial in his communications. I recommend it and intend to return.
